Ive been working hard to produce some updates to help the forum grow

-Welcome Lesbrewer to our staff team he is now our helper
-Ive added some new ranks.
-Ive made your accounts more secure by adding a log with account activity
-Redone some of the permissions helpers and moderators have, helpers can now lock topics and mods can now not view ips.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-A automatic shop system will be added soon
-New Avatars are in process of being added
-I will soon set moderators for each board/forum
-Making the account activity more secure.
